C.A.P.E.R.

C.A.P.E.R. (Children And Parents Enjoying Reading) takes place in First Class every Tuesday and Thursday. It is a fantastic opportunity for the boys to practice their reading and they really enjoy reading for the parents that come in to help out every week. We really appreciate all the parents that give up their time to come in every week to read with us!

Maths in First Class

First class boys can be seen here learning about capacity. They started by estimating the number of units it would take to fill various bowls, glasses, bottles, etc. and then took turns to measure accurately and record the information.

Fourth Class Indoor Hurling Blitz

Fourth Class travelled to Little Island last Wednesday to take part in a Sciath na Scol organised Indoor Hurling Blitz.

Over the past number of weeks, the class have been developing their skills during PE, and their hard work paid off as they reached the final of the seven team blitz.
In the final, the boys performed really well but were beaten 2-1 by New Inn.
Well done to all on a great day out and a huge thank you to Mr Lynch for organising the event.

U10 Rugby Blitz
